I am a new grad, working in home health and would like to work in a hospital but not having luck getting in because I don’t have acute care experience. I’m trying to get in a new grad program before my 1 year. Any advice on getting in?

‘Coursera’ is a free online app where you study various subjects and learn about topics from different fields (Healthcare/Social Sciences/Psychology/etc). You not only learn at your own pace and obtain knowledgeable information, but you even a certification at the end of the course. Hope this helps and congratulations on your graduation
