I’m a new nurse and wanted to get along well with the experienced nurses. Any tips?

Don't be afraid to ask questions. Don't pretend you know how to do something you don't; but don't be afraid to get in there and try with the right preparation. You can learn a lot from those with experience in the field. Be open to learning. Learn your stuff and do your work, and you should be fine. If there is a bully, don't take it personally and do report it. Nurses should not eat their young.
