What are the best questions you've been asked in a nursing interview?

Situation questions relevant to the unit you are interviewing for-change in level of consciousness, high or low blood sugar, angry family member at bedside, disagreement with a co-worker, medications relevant to the unit, etc.

What do you like to do to blow off steam? I viewed this as an invite to my ability to deal with stress and have a life outside of work.
