What route did you take to become an RN?

I had BSN in 2009 in the Philippines, didn't have any experience and I had to work right away. I took caregiving jobs as a start in California for more than 8 years. In 2022, thought of challenging the boards knowing that I didn't have any clinical experience. In 2023 ,I decided to submit all the requirements to Ca BRN ,waited and got the ATT in few months. October 2023 ,passed and got my RN license.
