How do I get into Case Management? I am an LVN, I don’t have a lot of med/surg or critical care experience. I did private duty (home health) & the whole Covid vaccine thing, I want to do more! TIA 💙

All of the remote nursing positions are found on LinkedIn. I just started a position with Centene two weeks ago and love it. I do bedside PRN/Agency.

You need more experience. Do med/surg for a few years for a firm knowledge base.

There's unfortunately a lot of discrimination in that venue Vns are not given the benefit of their amazing experiences and skill sets.Their utilization could be very helpful in the problems with the Nursing shortage.What is needed.is training in different areas allowing VNs to fill the void occupied by RNs.ive been fortunate in that I've had the good luck of RNs and Management seeing the wisdom in utilization of VNs to the border of their licensure with cross training and nursing boards stepping in with stretching the boundaries of Practice.
