Look up starting pay in your area and expect that. Do NOT sign a bonus — they can be predatory and prevent you from leaving without paying them back if it gets bad. You never know. Some charge interest.
New grad programs are hit or miss but I do recommend applying so that you’re in the same applicant pool as people with similar experience.
You can ask for extra orientation shifts if you want to feel more comfortable.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, you need to before you really start!
Go to therapy if you haven’t, it’ll be helpful and a lot of hospital insurances have good coverage for it.
Be gentle with yourself!
