How much should an asking hourly wage be for an RN with 16 years experience for an acute clinical job?

I am an icu nurse and a progressive unit would still be a icu level nurse because the reason a patient moves to this unit could deteriorate quickly and need icu care. You would likely be a level 2 nurse. If you are titration nitro or any inatropic drugs, frequent assessments you should be paid no less than $40/hr plus level 2 stipend and shift differential.

Depends entirely on State, area, and what you mean by acute clinical job. Is that ICU? And if so, do you have CVICU experience? ECHMO? Any additional certs? Bachelors? All of things affect pay.
