I'm an experience RN looking to change specialties after years of being in Ambulatory Care. I'm finding it difficult to get interviews in Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby. Any tips or success stories with entering this specialty?

I too am in the same boat, and want to transition to a pediatric nurse position. The best thing I could suggest would be to apply to RN fellowship programs . These are specifically designed for nurses who already have experience but desire to change their scope of practice/specialty. I've applied to a few but no luck yet. hope that helps!
