I’m a new grad nurse about 8 months in. I’m feeling really burnt out and unmotivated to go to work. I love what I do as a nurse but I feel really stuck where I’m at. Is it too soon for me to switch units?

That is what is great about nursing, you can move around and find what works for you. Go for it!

Yes, but training is never too early! Ask to do a rotation on different units to see what you like and start preparing for your next move. That will give you the boost you need to keep going forward!
