Hello, Can anyone tell me an experience with HCA healthcare , most of the online reviews are not good for this hospital. What is happening?

Profit driven, not always bad...but their payscale is ridiculously low. They hire nurses directly out if school....so majority of nurses are new.

As the roles of Health Care Assistant (HCA) are -Wash and dress patients,
-Serve meals and help to feed,
-Help people to move around,
-Make beds,
-Make patients feel comfortable,
-Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight. Therefore, during this telling of these stories there was a disclosure of professional secrets although it is very bad and criminal against the law of medical career.
