Apply to take the NCLEX in your state and they will tell you if you are eligible and what you need.
Contact your state board of nursing for where you live. They should be able to guide you.
you need to contact the board of nursing in the US State you wish to work and ask them what your requirements are. It will also help to contact the US State department

The answer is entirely dependent on where you maintain residency. Are you still living in the Philippines and licensed as a nurse there? Are you here in the States?
No worries, it can be done. It may take some work, but you're a nurse. You're already used to that. 😊
I graduated with a BS in nursing in England and recently acquired my CA license. I had to apply to the board of nursing in the state I wanted to work in. They evaluated me and told me any deficiencies I needed to correct and once I did, I was able to take the NCLEX and gain licensure.
