What nursing jobs/contracts/business will offer relocation assistance? What are the best nursing agencies in FL?

I just got a job in Alaska as a NICU RN and the hospital offered me almost the same pay as where I am from......a 10k relocation bonus.. 7500 after taxes they said. I was also offered 3 months temp housing if needed. Sign on bonus of 20k if I stay one year.....another 20k if I stay a second year. I also have 15 years experience.

My suggestion is look at all Google reviews for agencies and travel companies. That is the most honest way to determine what is best.
