26 years in the operating room (entire career). I need to get out of the OR due to the cold temperature. I have Raynaud’s & bad arthritis in fingers. Any ideas of where u can transition to easily?

Have you considered Pre-Op as a place for transition? You knowledge of the OR could be used to improve patient readiness in the Pre-op phase of care.
