I'm currently in nursing school, gradation in December, I have aspirations to work in the ER, ICU/Critical Care or Trauma, any tips or advice for me on these specialties or to get into them ?

I am also an LPN with 5 months Med-Surg and 10 months and counting experience on a Cardiac PCU (Currently still working on the CPCU)
