So I graduated in 2021 with 3 months of med-sug, 4 months of pain management, and 2.5 years of outpatient pediatric experience. I really want to get into postpartum inpatient nursing. Will this be difficult because I'm no longer a new grad?

It’s always hard to get into that area and plus you’ll probably need to be cross trained to labor delivery a newborn nursery. The only way I got a job and there is because the nurse manager was the mother of a girl I went to nursing school with! How about that lol keep on going you’ll get it but you should get some kind of certification so maybe you’ll be Ahead of the game of getting in there
