Travel nurses, do you tell your co-workers how much your salary is?

Only discuss it with your fellow travelers. That way, you know if you’re getting screwed or not. This is the only way you’ll know your worth in the company. I spent 8 years with a company not getting a raise. It wasn’t until we started talking about what we made that we got the fire to pressure management for better pay.

What is the purpose of doing that???
It will cause tension in the work place. It is no secret that travel nurses make more than the staff nurses at the hospital they are assigned to.This is done for corporate greed only.
Please keep your salary and financial business to yourself.
