Hi everyone, I am an international registered nurse who graduated since 2018. I moved to the US in 2021 and recently got my license in May. I am interested in ICU but I have been getting a NO from all the hospitals I have applied to. Any advice?

Maybe starting on General Med-Surg should give you the initial experience, than ICU may accept you faster.
