My family and I are looking to relocate to the Austin, TX from a city with only two hospitals that are way behind in technology and mind set. I'm not sure what questions to ask these bigger hospitals, what I need to look out for, etc.

Ask about training possibilities, continuing education opportunities, the possibility of being assigned a mentor with whom to work, length of orientation. Technology isn’t everything. Experience, which you have already, is invaluable to a hospital.
