What are the skills I should focus on to become a research nurse?

In my experience as a mobile clinical research nurse, you need to be very good at drawing and processing your own blood and specimens. You also need to be the type of individual that pays close attention to detail as clinical trials follow in-depth, highly specific protocols that you must follow.
