Does anyone know about Colorado labor laws for RNs? My company’s HR told me it’s not illegal for them to not give us breaks….10-14 hr shifts with no water, bathroom or food breaks😡🤬🥵

I don’t but it should be easy enough to google Colorado wage & hour laws BUT it sure doesn’t sound like a great place to work if they’re totally ok with telling you this.

Yes you should have lunch and hopefully they aren’t giving you a lunch when not taken one because they don’t pay for lunch time.i
