How can you get hospital experience if no one wants to hire you because you don't have hospital experience? I've been a nurse for 3 years worked in outpatient care and wanting to transition to hospital settings

Absolutely you can get a hospital job so that you can actually say you have hospital experience. Look specifically for RN fellowship in specialties that you want to pursue and since you’ve only been a nurse three years, I would even look at new Nurse residencies especially since you’ve never worked in the hospital, you’d be surprised the reception that you will get would be more than happy to speak to you because of this tremendous shortage we’re having free to reach out if you have any questions . Best of luck take care, Sandra
