You have experience in operations for any of the post acute companies? If so, reach out to the small companies and probe - find out their weak areas and develop a plan on how to fix the problems!!

Hello! You might consider opportunities as an RT Consultant for a DME or DME Co offering Trach /Vent in home services - and need support in a survey ornP&P development.

I recommend marketing the smaller, stand alone - companies (aka: “MOM & POP” or locally owned Agencies) because your hospitals and SNF’s have Regional Directors, survey teams (or hire the “bigger players” such as CORRDIOR or FAZZI).

For me, I’ve done consulting for twelve years in the Northern - VA & DC areas. The success was by word of mouth (Agency Leaders knew my work and reputation as an RN…. And Leader).

Primarily start ups or one needing to improve their cash flow, develop QAPI Programs or to lead a Joint Commission (CHAP, ACHC, State or Federal- OSHA - US DOL & more) for areas of specialty (25 years of experience) in Operations, Sales, Nursing and more).

Typically, a consultant has evidenced being an expert in all areas of the particular business - type.

For me, POST ACUTE Medicare Certified Organizations are my areas of specialty (and Start-Up Agencies; as follows:

1 -Medicare Certified Home Health
2- Medicare C - Hospice & Palliative Care
&
3- State Licensed Home Care agencies (Unskilled, skilled)
