Interview Question Advice: "Why are you looking to leave your current job?"
Not enough staff for the acuity of patients. We are expected to keep a fast pace for numbers not what the patient needs, they are just a number on paper

Job Advancement
The reason for wanting to leave my current position is because, I want to grow in my field of work. I want to further my education and grow into higher positions in this field. I love my job and have nothing bad to say about my current employer. I just don't see any way of growing in this position I'm currently working.
My current job has had changes with ownership and administration. I only work there part-time but I'm getting called off semi regularly because our census is low due to doctors leaving.
I love being a nurse, but when I don't feel satisfied in what I'm doing anymore it's time for a change. I do what Iove and love what I do. It's not just a job for me.
