For nurses who quit their job, what is your primary reason for leaving?
Returning to bedside (telemetry) after 22 years...yes, not a typo! Need $ for kids going to college. No refresher, just cramming at home studying meds/labs/pathophys/etc. Hospital willing to train but I'm nervous. Advice?
Should I go somewhere else? I haven’t even been working as a nurse for a year, but I feel so stressed and my anxiety is thought the roof, there’s what feels like micromanaging and I’m so unhappy even though this was supposed to be my dream unit.

You might want to look into School Nursing. I found it to be quite rewarding and less stressful.
