In a Hospital What is an acceptable hourly pay for New Grad RN with 8 years experience as LPN in home health and rehabilitation facility??

Where you are also makes a big difference. In the same hospital system, in Nor Cal I make several dollars an hour more than if I lived in So Cal. And if I were to move to the mid-west I'd be lucky to make half of my current rate.
I had several years experience as an RN and when I moved to a new facility I had to start at the bottom rung of the experienced nurse pay scale - that's just how it is. Your time as an LPN/LVN will likely HELP you get the job, but not benefit you when it comes to pay.
