Hi, Ive been an RRT 14 yrs, RN since June. In the BMT unit since 8/26, my preceptor is a traveler the whole unit is, no one will die but idk what I’m doing and being pushed to do things quick and ridiculed if I ask ?s. I want to quit but scared. Help

I would raise your concerns about orientation with your nursing education specialist for your unit or the manager. Ask to be assigned to a core staff RN for orientation vs temporary staff.
