Why is it such a challenge for me to secure a New RN Position when was actively practicing as an LPN for 15 years? I have trained many RNs and held Leadership Roles. I am also the go to person.

PERHAPS, REWRITE YOUR COVER LETTER/RESUME TO BETTER REFLECT THE TRAINING AND LEADERSHIP YOU CARRIED OUT AS AN LPN FOR 15 YEARS ...THEN FOCUS ON WHY YOU CHOSE TO BECOME AN RN AND THE CHALLENGES YOU NOW FEEL EVEN MORE CONFIDENT AND EQUIPPED TO HANDLE AS A NEW RN!!!
