Looking for job in Hemet California. Experienced nurse looking for Mon-Fri. I have applied to multiple jobs and to this app as well with no luck. Most specialties require experience in that field, but will take new grad nurses? How do I get accepted?
Unfortunately! Some companies are looking at your education and then how much experience you have ! So the best things to do is look for some registry or travel positions that can get you into the hospital or clinic setting ! Then once you are working with them and coming to work in their facility they will get to know you and once your contract is over or the company you work let’s you get hired depending on how many hours you have put into the registry them you can be eligible for hire in a permanent position!
Greetings.
Every company in every industry prefers to hire people with experience. Keep in mind that employees are considered assets as long as they make money for the company. Your focus should always be how you can maximize your value . Go as far as you can with your education. The amount of money you will make in your lifetime is proportionate to the value you provide and your ability to market your value. Your first task is to decide what type of nurse you want to be. Most hospitals and many health facilities will hire and train new nurses especially if the new nurse is willing to work at the facility for a certain length of time, usually two years. Hospital experience is super valuable because any employer will accept this type of experience. Once you have some experience behind you, you can go almost anywhere.
Best of luck
