Get UWorld
Also try Archer Review, it’s very similar to UWorld and a lot cheaper plus unlimited mock exams. I used it exclusively and passed the nclex on my first try
Spend as little money as possible on test prep. Use free or inexpensive resources. If you already have a NCLEX study book, use the online tools available and you'll be fine. I don't think it's necessary to spend a ton of money on things like UWorld and others. Just practice practice practice. Good luck.
When reading questions, determine what they are asking…..watch fir words like “first” “next” and “best”. First is often looking for an assessment unless it specifically says “first action”. Next means review what was already done. Words like “always” and “never” are rarely correct as opposed to “all of the above” where all of the answers are indeed correct.
Practice, practice, practice…..even if you just do 25 questions in a sitting…
Good luck!!
Focus on understanding the body systems. It doesn’t matter how many or which resources you use if you don’t understand the body systems (A&P) then you won’t be able to answer the questions. Best of luck, you got this
