At the end of the year, I am moving to Seattle. Which hospital is the best and why?

Seattle Children’s is a just culture and great place to work. Their CNO is terrific! Good luck!

Overlake Hospital in Bellvue, WA. Their nurse residency program offers a 1:1 ratio for the new grad and preceptor during the first year, I think anyway. Don’t actually quote me on that because I don’t actually work there.

Honestly though, it’s the hospital with the BEST reputation in the Seattle area. I hear about how It pays well, they have their crap together as an institution ect. On top of the way people talk about wanting to apply there, if that doesn’t speak for itself already.

My best advice…do your research on them, know why you want to work there and prepare for a tough interview. Likewise, if you really are interested in working for them, come with questions for them as well.
