Does anyone know hospitals in NYC that are hiring new graduated nurses without their license?

Not sure, but you could still interview and have them offer you a conditional offer, as in you do t actually start work on the job until u pass the NCLEX and have your license in hand.

Just so I understand:
new grad = finished and graduated nursing school;
w/o license= didn't take (pass) NCLEX yet?

If so, then no hospital/manager/hr in their right mind will take on a liability of such nature. However, and I've witnessed this many times, managers and other staff would approach an RN Student who is on rotation and would offer an invitation for an interview after graduation and passing of the NCLEX.
