Has anyone found an employer/facility, using this site, in California (specifically southern) that DID NOT require COVID shots/accepted exemptions, AND did NOT require routine testing? I'm having to 1099 right now just to avoid this nonsense.

I'm not sure if Incredible Health works with these hospitals, but I do know these facilities accept religious/medical exemptions:
Kaiser Permanente
Hoag
CHOC
UCLA
Providence
It really depends on your situation. If it's religious, then you need to defend your stance on vaccination based on your sincerely held beliefs. If it's medical, then you need to have your physician provide documentation/supportive documents and state that you cannot receive vaccination due to a medical contraindication.
