Being a RN ,RM,and BScN and 20 years work experience and applied for many vacancies as RN in different countries like USA Uk and Canada why i can not b eligible for the registered nurse post any suggestion how i will get my dream job overseas ?

Try to get an Immigration Lawyer and ask for their advise/direction to obtain a work visa/green card and go from there. Meanwhile you should contact the CGFNS and starting to work on your documentation (validation of your diploma)…. In order to get a job in nursing you have to be fully licensed.
