How can I get hired at a hospital with no experience? I finished school but got pregnant and stayed home for a year. I took the nclex in December and job searching but no one wants to hire me cause I haven’t worked but I’m not considered new grad.

In my area, you are considered a new grad if you have less than one year of nursing experience. To get hired at any hospital, you ought to be applying to new grad residency programs.
