Does my hospital pay for my tuition?

December 2nd, 2021

Depends on the organization. The last hospital I worked with would support full-time staff with $5000 a year for BSN and $10,000 for MSN, part-time staff was less. A lot of techs/PCAs worked full-time and used the tuition reimbursement towards their RN. Every bit counts. Good luck.

Ask the HR or Benefits department of your hospital. Insufficient information in your question to give any better an answer

Some do some don’t. Most all provide a small educational fund, usually for CE. If you’re taking about an advanced degree, I would doubt it, unless it’s
