Haven’t been to an interview for a long time, just come back to the market so wondering what types of interview questions are more common for med/surg and ED? Any advice. Thanks!

I look for "attitude" about patients in general, how do you feel about having a psychiatric patient with a medical condition, and how do you feel about individuals with addictions. Unless your answer are thoughtful, have substantive content, and can outline your personal beliefs, you would flunk my interview. Me to! It seems that ER nurses have lost allot of autotmy. Since I last worked ER. Doc orders meds,but the pharmacist has to release it before you can give it.
