As a new grad, how hard is it to get a multi-state license? I'm from PA by the way which, as far as I know is not a CLS. Let me know if you know differently please.

Multi state licenses ( compact license) are state by state. I.e. I live in Massachusetts they do not have a compact license but my license is had in Colorado and New Hampshire were compact license. You have to reside in the state.
You can apply for reciprocity state by state.
