How to find H1B sponsorship job? I'm looking for H1B sponsorship job around 2 years, no luck yet. I have total 5+ years experience in nursing and 2.5years as NP. Please help me anyone knows or came across positions, who is willing to sponsor.

You can sign up with O'Grady Peyton International, Medprostaffing International. Those two companies do help nurses to come to the US for work legally, find you a job as best as possible based on your specialty & experience.
You may not always get to live or work in a desired area but it's a start. O'Grady contracts are usually in hours and medpro staffing is in years. Google them and apply. Hope that helps.
