I am a 47yr old Male STNA & have been an Assistant for 21yrs. I want to so badly to be an LPN. I can do the job but, I need some TUTORING, to pass Tests! Are there any EARN & LEARN Programs in Cincinnati. Please can anyone help me with LPN training?

Hi! I recommend looking into your local community colleges. I’m from the Cleveland area and our major community colleges have all rolled out earn to learn programs in the last 2 ish years.. that’s how I went from an STNA to an LPN, then my employer paid for me to finish my RN! The main struggle I had was training my brain to “think like a nurse” instead of an STNA when testing. Best of luck !
