Whare some good interview questions for a Nurse Educator role?

As the interviewee, I would be looking for opportunities to show that you understand that nursing and teaching are both important careers, and how your background and accomplishments highlight your ability to excel in both career paths.
As the interviewer, I would want to know how the candidate role models professionalism and career/professional development to students or nurses. I would also want to know about their passion project (mine are nurse resilience and suicide prevention) and how they envision that work adding to the profession(s).
