Entry level non bedside nurse jobs? I have one year experience as a SNF nurse & acutes dialysis nurse, but I want to leave bedside. Any advice/job positions I should look into?

I always tell people— don’t discount home health! It’s a whole different world, and you can work your way up the ladder. I came from psych nursing to home health and after just one year of experience I was made a clinical manager with my own clinicians under me. I DID have charge RN experience but I was literally salaried and making $93k as a clinical manager with only 2 days spent in-office. Get your feet wet— you actually see people get better and will end up having lifelong friendships with some patients after seeing them 1-3 times a week for months!
