Google RN Residency programs. Don’t waste time with third party job locating agencies. Use the website of the hospital to find jobs. I always get offers dealing with the facility directly. They don’t like paying fees to the third party.

Hi. I was a new grad about 2.5 years ago. Lol you need to go to all the websites of the places you want to work and check their jobs or career section for “new grad” or “No prior experience” program/ internship. Some places offer them less often than others. Just keep checking. And sign up for all of them.

Because you have a new university degree, start working in your career first, then after having some experiences you will easily continue your level following. THANKS!
