How to move to pediatric ED and/or NICU from community health/outpatient peds? I’ve been working in a very busy pediatric primary care office for 6 months as a new grad, but not getting enough procedural/hands on nursing experience.

Being less than a year out from graduation, I would look into "new grad/nurse residency programs". Often times they will take people looking to learn a new specialty. You get classroom instruction with peers, as well as hands-on experiences while learning. It is a way to learn more slowly and have the ability to take the time you need to make sure you are comfortable when you end up going solo.
