U will need your stethoscope, pin light, a pocket ICU clipboard can get from Amazon and a mini bag for pens black and red, wound care scissors, highlighters.
I highly recommend you talk to your manager about the scrubs.

Hello New grad. The facility should tell you what color the nurse wear. ICU is not going to be easy for a new grad but determination and support from your preceptor will make a big impact in your ICU career. In terms of tools, you need a stethoscope, penlight and assessment guid for icu pt. Learn about drips use in ICU and titration rate. You can get a small guide pad on Amazon. Hope this helps.
