I’ve been in Dialysis for 15 years…2 as an RN, the rest as a tech. I want more experience as an RN in other areas but not sure where to start. Any advice appreciated.

Depends on what "other areas" means to you. Acute care, long term care, psych? So many avenues for nursing. Best advice anyone ever gave me, was to work at the bedside in acute care setting. Will always help you no matter where you end up in your nursing career. Some of us find out spot right out of the gate, others like to dip their toes in other areas as time goes on.
