Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Prior experience in a clinical research setting preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to study participants, research staff, and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage patient care in line with protocol requirements, working closely with Principal Investigators and other healthcare professionals
- Screen potential study participants and obtain informed consent prior to enrollment in research studies
- Administer study treatments, collect biological samples, and monitor participants throughout the study
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including case report forms, medication logs, and adverse event report
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations, and to prepare for audits and inspections
