After returning home, these veterans may be forced to cope with Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Suicidal Ideations, and other conditions as a result of their service to their country. You will learn how nurses are on the front line of this mental health battle and are in a unique position to advocate for the mental health of veterans and their families.
