In this course, you will learn about Florida’s laws and regulations. You will come to understand the Nurse Practice Act (Chapter 464) as it pertains to nursing practice. By the end of this course, you will be able to identify the process for obtaining licensure, as well as understand the Intervention Project for Nurses. The purpose of this course is to ensure that every nurse practicing in Florida is held to and meets the minimum standards for safe practice.
This course is designed to meet the requirements of Division 64B9-5 as it pertains to 2 continuing education hours about Florida’s laws and regulations of nursing practice.
